  • Leadership team takes the Motivation Buttons Assessment. Each member of the management team is given feedback on the test results. In the online feedback session a development plan is agreed. The results are then shared with the CEO. Often after this session some or all of the leadership team go through a coaching program.

  • Each member of the management team takes the Motivation Buttons test. Then the team comes together often in an offsite weekend and each team member uses his/her report to talk about themselves. They talk about the key milestones in their lives that shaped their personality.

  • The candidates take the Motivation Buttons test and the interviewer gets an insight into the candidate’s leadership skills. Whenever the report points to potential issues the interviewer can ask targeted questions.

  • All employers go through the Motivation Buttons test. The tests are analysed to reveal how various groups are motivated. The results are analysed by management level (leadership team), directors, managers and employees.)., by department, by demographics. In a workshop the results are shared and programs are developed to influence the motivation of groups whenever needed, in order to create a new culture.

  • First line managers learn about how their team members are motivated. They learn how each different profile can be motivated with a language that takes into account their motivators.
